Living close to nature in a healthy environment

The furnishings of the apartments consist of natural solid wood furniture in a minimalist design (but less is more). The kitchens are nevertheless fully equipped with modern appliances. The bedrooms have a mains disconnect switch to enjoy a tension-free night's rest if desired. Energy-saving underfloor heating provides cozy warmth. All apartments have at least one balcony for an unobstructed view as far as the eye can see.

    The apartment "NEUNER" is characterized by the unobstructed view of the mountain peaks located southeast of Dobbiaco. These are all together called Neuner in high German but in the local dialect "NAINA"; so nine...? peaks.

    The Neuner is the smallest of the three apartments (about 38m²), but on the large balcony you can enjoy the morning sun at its best. It consists of bedroom, bathroom/WC and kitchen-living room.

    The apartment is located on the 1st floor.

    The apartment "ANTELAO" is so called because from its beautiful veranda, to the south you can see and admire the "ANTELAO", located 30km away. This is called the second highest mountain of the Dolomites also King of the Dolomites (3264m), because the "MARMOLATA" is the Queen of the Dolomites (3348m).

    As a middle apartment (ca.48m²), the Antelao also has a large balcony to the west, where you can watch the sunset. It consists of bedroom, bathroom/WC, living room/kitchen and veranda.

    The apartment is located on the 1st floor.

    The apartment "TOBLACH" is located in the attic and impresses with the special charm of its interior design and the generosity of its dimensions (ca.80m²). Therefore, this apartment has also the name Dobbiaco and wants to reflect the appearance of the village Dobbiaco. The uniqueness as the highest village in the Pustertal with the watershed of Rienz and Drava. Just as the Rienz flows west into the Adriatic Sea and the Drava flows east into the Black Sea, so in the "TOBLACH" you can freely follow the course of the sun.

    It has 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom/WC, eat-in kitchen and 2 balconies to the east and west.

    The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.

Arrival & Departure

Arrival: The apartments are ready for occupancy from 14:30 on the day of arrival.
Departure: On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartments by 09:30.

For arrival and departure by public transport you will receive a discount of 10%.
In case of early departure or late arrival the whole booked stay will be charged.

  • Please understand that out of consideration for allergy sufferers pets are not allowed in the house. However, we are happy to arrange accommodation in the courtyard by appointment.
  • A minimum stay of 5 days applies
  • If the guest arrives by public transport, the minimum stay is reduced to 3 days
